Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice and Takedown Policy

Copyright Protection

RecDev respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedures outlined below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

To file a DMCA notice with RecDev, please provide the following information:

Required Information:

  • • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
  • • Contact information (address, phone number, and email address)
  • • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

We will respond within 24-48 hours of receipt

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Please include:

  • • Your physical or electronic signature
  • • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  • • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

RecDev will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

We maintain a record of DMCA notices and will take appropriate action against users who repeatedly infringe on copyrights.
